Julia Mixter

Julia Mixter is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive experience in human resource management and organizational transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation at Raven Housing Trust since October 2018, Julia is responsible for business and digital transformation, enhancing service delivery through IT, HR, and agile methodologies. Previously, Julia held roles such as Director of Human Resources at the Royal Automobile Club, where strategic HR management and process modernization led to IIP Silver accreditation, and Director of People and Operations at The Children's Trust, focusing on rehabilitation and support for children with brain injuries. Julia's earlier positions include Senior HR Business Partner at Transport for London and Talent Manager at The Gallup Organization, underpinned by a strong academic background in psychology and human resources management.
