Julie Wittich

Julie Wittich MBA has extensive experience in property and asset management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Property & Assets at Anchor since June 2025. Prior to this role, Julie was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Assets & Sustainability at Accent Group Ltd from January 2022 to June 2025. Julie also held the position of Interim Group Director of Operations at Watford Community Housing from January 2021 to January 2022. A significant tenure at bpha from April 2001 to October 2020 included roles such as Executive Director of Assets, Executive Director of Service Delivery, Head of Property Services, Housing Manager, and Assistant Housing Manager. Julie's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School (2018-2020) and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Chartered Management Institute (2003-2005).
