Lauren Smith has extensive experience in resident wellbeing and customer engagement, currently serving as Resident Wellbeing Lead and Resident Involvement & Wellbeing Project Lead at Anchor since June 2014. In these roles, Lauren focuses on identifying the physical wellbeing needs of housing residents in line with the organization's Wellbeing Strategy. Previously, Lauren held positions as a Customer Engagement Officer, where relationship building with involved residents was a key responsibility, and as a Customer Relations Officer, handling complaints and concerns from dissatisfied residents. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Assistant at Morrisons from July 2008 to June 2014, where stock replenishment was a primary duty.
