Lauren Smith has extensive experience in resident wellbeing and customer engagement, currently serving as Resident Wellbeing Lead and Resident Involvement & Wellbeing Project Lead at Anchor since June 2014. In these roles, Lauren focuses on identifying the physical wellbeing needs of housing residents in line with the organization's Wellbeing Strategy.
