James Rhea

James Rhea is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Partner at Anchor QEA since February 2009, James previously held the position of Partner at Quantitive Environmental Analysis, LLC from January 1998 to February 2009. Earlier roles include Associate at HydroQual, Inc. from 1995 to 1998 and Managing Engineer at O'Brien & Gere from 1988 to 1995. James Rhea earned a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and both a BA and MA in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
