Anchor Sprint is an agentic AI studio. We design, build, evaluate and run custom AI agents that do real work inside Malaysian and Singapore businesses - not chatbots that stop at answers.

WHAT WE BUILD

• Autonomous AI agents - multi-step agents that plan, decide and execute workflows end to end: order processing, credit evaluation, invoice matching, support triage, internal knowledge, corporate communications.
• RAG knowledge systems - your documents become answers, fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Conversational AI - EzyChat sales and support assistants live on WhatsApp and web in 1-2 weeks.
• Agent Rescue - inherited an AI agent that broke after the demo? We assess whether to rectify or rebuild.
• The engineering underneath - software development, cloud architecture, system integration, enterprise resilience, website development, training and provisioning.

WHY TEAMS PICK US

• Member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, with Claude Certified Architects on the team. We build on Claude and the Claude Agent SDK - not around it.
• Agents that actually act - reading your documents and writing to your systems through MCP tools, with least-privilege access.
• Proven before it ships. Every agent is scored with Agent GPA evals against your own manual baseline. Nothing goes live until it beats the process it replaces.
• Regulated-ready. PDPA/PDPC-aligned data handling and auditable trails - built for BNM/MAS-governed environments.
• Malaysia Digital (MDEC) status. HRD Corp registered training provider. 25+ projects delivered, 8+ years of engineering.
