David Gross

Head Of Digital Media & Performance at Anchor Worldwide

David Gross has over 10 years of work experience in the fields of digital media and performance, growth marketing, enterprise software-as-a-service, business development and investment sales, and real estate investment. In 2016, they co-founded Anchor Worldwide, an integrated agency that has become one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. In 2015, they worked as a Growth Marketer for Quotidian Ventures, where they were responsible for leading a home services startup through a series A raise. From 2012 to 2015, they were the VP Marketing for GovPilot, an enterprise software-as-a-service, where they were the first non-technical hire and responsible for setting and executing the company-wide, scalable customer acquisition strategy. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Business Development & Investment Sales professional for CBRE, where they provided valuation, acquisition and disposition services, asset review, financial analysis, investment strategy development and due diligence support. In 2009, they were an Acquisition Analyst for Andover Properties, where they supported acquisition activities by sourcing and underwriting all potential target investments.

David Gross obtained a BS in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University between 1999 and 2004. In 2003, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Sydney. From 2009 to 2011, they earned a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University. David also holds a Google Adwords Certification from Google.
