Lisa Aquino is a seasoned public health executive with extensive experience in leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. since December 2021, Lisa previously held the CEO position at Catholic Social Services from December 2014 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Lisa worked as the Community Health Improvement Manager for the State of Alaska's Division of Public Health, where responsibilities included leading statewide health initiatives and managing performance improvement programs. Additional experience includes development of a youth program at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation, program management at the Alaska Tobacco Prevention and Control Program, and various roles focused on data and evaluation in diabetes and arthritis prevention programs. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Health Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UCLA.

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (ANHC) is one of Alaska’s largest and most comprehensive primary care medical and dental practices. ANHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) under section 330 of the Public Health Act. It was Alaska’s first Community Health Center (CHC), and remains the state’s largest, serving over 14,000 patients in more than 40,000 visits per year.
