Elise Yip

Elise Yip is currently the Head of Internal Audit at Anchorage. Elise has over 20 years of experience in compliance testing and auditing. Elise started their career in 1997 as a manager at KPMG China. In 2004, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in their compliance testing department. Elise spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs before moving to Citi in December 2020 as a Senior Vice President in their compliance testing department. Elise spent six months at Citi before taking their current position at Anchorage in June 2021.

Elise Yip has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Their manager is Nathan McCauley, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Asaf Iram - Head of Risk, Rawan Abdelrazek - COO, Interim BSA/AML Officer, and Jennifer Liu - Head of Lending.
