Julie Cutler Veltman

Julie Cutler Veltman has over fifteen years of experience in finance, strategy, and capital investment. Julie is currently the Head of Finance at Anchorage, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to their current role, Julie served as the Senior Director Infrastructure Finance & Strategy at Salesforce from March 2015 to April 2020. In this role, they oversaw the financial planning, budgeting and management reporting processes for the Infrastructure organization at Salesforce. Julie also supported financial analysis and strategy that helped guide business decisions and capital investment across Salesforce’s global infrastructure footprint.

Prior to their time at Salesforce, Julie was with Raymond James from January 2012 to June 2014 where they served as the Senior Vice President Fixed Income Sales. In this role, Julie facilitated and executed trades in fixed income securities by forming relationships with and collaborating closely with salespeople, traders and institutional clients. Julie also performed scenario analysis and consulted with clients on absolute and relative valuation of their portfolios with a focus on making them successful, identifying and executing trade opportunities and remaining their most trusted adviser.

Before Raymond James, Julie was with Cohen & Company Financial Ltd from February 2006 to January 2012 where they started as a Vice President before being promoted to Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading.

Julie Cutler Veltman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Finance. Julie also attended Stuyvesant High School. Julie is currently certified by FINRA in Series 27 and Series 7. Julie is also a Chartered Financial Analyst with certification from 162977.
