At AnchorPhoenix, we are redefining what it means to care by building trauma-informed, AI-powered tools that support emotional continuity, communication, and well-being for foster youth and the care ecosystems around them.

Our solutions are co-designed through lived experience, guided by voice-first design principles, and shaped in collaboration with system leaders to ensure they are both effective and ethical.

Founded by a former foster youth and licensed clinician, AnchorPhoenix bridges personal experience, healthcare innovation, and responsible technology to improve outcomes for some of society’s most vulnerable children and youth.

In June 2025, AnchorPhoenix was recognized through Harvard Medical School Executive Education’s AI for Healthcare: Implementation and Outcomes program, led by Professor Andrew Beam, for its innovative, trauma-informed approach to AI in care systems.

Our work sits at the intersection of:

• AI + Social Science
• Child Welfare + Health Equity
• System Design + Human Connection

Backed by experts across healthcare, data science, and social work, our approach puts people first, with human-in-the-loop collaboration at its core.

We are actively collaborating across sectors to drive meaningful, ethical innovation. Our mission:
AnchorPhoenix strengthens support for foster youth by protecting their voices across transitions and helping the adults around them respond with care.
