Deb Bruckschen

Deb Bruckschen has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Deb began their career at Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (now Integrys) in 1979, where they held various leadership roles until 1997. Following that, they co-founded Inspired Executives in 1995 and served as Co-Owner for 16 years until 2011. During this time, they also started their own company, 360 Wellness Edge & H2O Leadership Development, in 1995, where they provided leadership development training and coaching for individuals and groups. In 2013, they expanded the company's services to include wellness programs and coaching for individuals, families, and small business entrepreneurs.

Deb Bruckschen then worked as the Director of Sales - Healthcare Professional Channel at Ancient Nutrition from 2016 to 2018. Deb joined Maximized Food Source in 2011 as Co-Owner, where they served customers and field leaders throughout the U.S. with healthy and delicious Beyond Organic foods and beverages until 2014.

In 2014, Deb Bruckschen joined Youngevity International as Vice Chairman Marketing Director, a role they held until their departure in 2019. Deb then returned to Ancient Nutrition in 2019 and held various roles, including Sales Manager - Healthcare Practitioner Channel from 2019 to 2021, Specialty HCP Sr. Sales Manager from 2021 to present, and currently as Sr. HCP & Retail Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Deb Bruckschen has demonstrated a strong focus on sales and marketing, specializing in the healthcare practitioner channel. Deb has also shown an entrepreneurial spirit, starting and leading their own businesses and providing coaching and development services.

Deb Bruckschen attended Cardinal Stritch University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
