Marco Luarte

Marco Luarte has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marco started their career at Interviewing Service of America in 1996, where they gradually progressed from a data collector to a floor manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the productivity of 100 data collectors and 10 supervisors.

Luarte's next position was at C.A. Walker Research Solutions, Inc., where they joined as a floor manager and eventually became the Director of data collection, coding, and field services. As the director, they managed the data collection facility, overseeing project scheduling, quality, production, hiring, firing, and budgeting.

In 2012, Luarte joined Lief Labs (formerly Lief Organics) as a General Manager. Marco played a key role in transitioning the company's website and expanding its technological footprint. Additionally, Luarte worked on developing and expanding their access database system.

Most recently, in 2017, Luarte joined Ancient Nutrition as the Operations System Manager. Marco developed and established a proprietary system that served as a bridge to a more robust ERP system, eventually evolving into the company's product development system. Marco currently works with NetSuite and is responsible for configuring the system to meet business requirements.

Marco Luarte obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Los Angeles Valley College, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
