Andrea leads the North American sales team, responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing revenue. Andrea guides the sales team’s efforts from new client acquisition to maturity, driving revenue across the sales channels. Since joining uPerform in 2016, Andrea has been client-facing with both direct and partner channels. Andrea was instrumental in the creation and growth of the Account Management program at uPerform, which focuses on ensuring the clients receive continued value from uPerform from deployment to integrated platform optimization.
Prior to uPerform, Andrea worked in software and consumer electronics industries, with over fifteen years of experience selling into the Fortune 500. Andrea holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
