Gagan Singh

Gagan Singh serves as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at uPerform. He is responsible for the engineering and architecture of uPerform. He is skilled in analyzing customer system and data issues, managing development timelines, solution testing and implementation, and customer communications and satisfaction.

Before uPerform, Gagan led a group of engineers developing mission-critical applications as the Development Manager at the U.S. House Of Representatives. Gagan has over 15 years of technical software development and project management experience, and more than 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead and Architect building mission-critical applications. He is an expert at directing all aspects of a product lifecycle, including vision, strategy, and execution. He has strong skills managing complex enterprise-level software development projects for government and commercial clients. Gagan has a Master’s of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
