Mike Domingues

Michael Domingues is the Vice President of Customer Success and is responsible for setting the customer engagement strategy and overseeing the support operations. His career with uPerform began nearly 17 years ago where he’s held a multitude of roles focused on the customer’s successful use of the solutions.

Throughout his tenure, Michael has assisted with the expansion of the Global Support organization, the creation of a permanent Tier 3 Engineering team, charted Customer Engagement and Systems implementation initiatives, and acted as one of the lead change management team members initiating uPerform’s Customer Success transformation. Michael is dedicated to continually improving and advancing the organization to ensure that we’re providing the customers best-in-class service.

Michael holds a bachelors in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. In his ‘spare’ time Michael’s life has gone to the dogs as a co-owner of a local Dog Boarding and Daycare franchise.
