Cecelia McGovern has extensive experience in educational and fundraising roles, currently serving as the Advancement Assistant at Ancillae-Assumpta Academy since September 2016, where responsibilities include soliciting gifts and coordinating fundraising activities. Prior to this, Cecelia worked as an Education Consultant at Ancillae-Assumpta Academy from September 2011 to June 2018, focusing on communication, fundraising program development, and community outreach. Earlier in their career, Cecelia was a Developmental Education Teacher at READS Inc. and a Second Grade Teacher at St. Vincent's Elementary. Cecelia holds a Master’s Degree in Reading Education from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University.
