Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Forte - Well Being since January 2022, Hilary leads an organization specializing in comprehensive management and Lean transformation for healthcare practices nationwide. Additionally, Hilary holds the role of CEO/President at Ancillary Care Strategies, a leader in the management of therapy programs, where innovative tools enhance profitability and patient satisfaction. As a co-founder and principal of Ancillary Care Solutions, Hilary played a pivotal role in establishing therapy services across various healthcare settings. Early career experiences include sales operations at QCSI and ownership of Hilary Hellman and Associates, a provider of diverse therapy services. Hilary earned a BA, MA, and Teaching Credential in Speech and Language Pathology from San Diego State University.
