Lisa Sherburne-Kilby began their work experience in 1995 at Ancon Ltd as a Divisional Manager. Lisa worked for the company for 24 years, overseeing the design and manufacturing of high integrity steel products for the construction industry. In 2019, they transitioned to Ancon as the Commercial Operations Director Masonry. In this role, they focused on managing the delivery of masonry products to major contracts in the UK and Ireland.
Lisa Sherburne-Kilby attended The University of Salford in the year 2017, where they obtained a CEBA degree in Business studies.
