Bill Caswell

Bill Caswell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the education and training industry. Bill has recently been working at Ancora Education as the Vice President of Compliance since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing compliance across the Ancora training network and ensuring adherence to regulatory agencies and internal regulations.

Prior to that, Bill worked at Miller-Motte Technical College as the Campus Director from December 2015 to June 2019. Here, they oversaw the overall operations, human resources, compliance, and financial success of the business. Bill also focused on talent acquisition and building relationships with community leaders.

Before that, Bill was the Senior Director of Career Development Operations at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers / 5Point Enterprises. Bill held this role for a brief time period in 2015 and was responsible for providing leadership and management in the career development division.

From 2014 to 2015, Bill worked at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Albany / Tech Valley NY as the Southeast Regional Director. In this role, they provided leadership and direction, ensured compliance with regulations, and developed team members to achieve industry growth.

Bill has also spent a significant amount of time at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they held multiple roles from 2006 to 2015. Bill started as the General Manager and School Director, overseeing various aspects of the center's operations. Bill then took on the role of Sales Manager, where they excelled in negotiation and sales coaching. Bill was also responsible for identifying new revenue growth areas and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. Additionally, Bill served as the Operations & Training Manager for a period of time.

Bill Caswell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Theater Arts from Castleton University, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Bill then pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology Education from Walden University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Continuing their education, Bill obtained another Master's degree in Educational Administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, attending from 2005 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Bill Caswell has also acquired certifications from Microsoft. In January 2009, they became a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Bill also obtained the Certified Microsoft Office Expert certification in March 2006.
