Jeff Kingsbury

Jeff Kingsbury is the Co-Founder & Chief Connectivity Officer at Ancora Partners. Jeff leads their Connections & Insights (C&I) team focused on building relationships within the communities where they operate and creating new partnerships with anchor institutions and tenants that drive innovation.

Prior to this, they were a Senior Advisor at Cherokee Investment Partners from October 2007 to October 2009. Jeff has also been an Adjunct Professor of Urban Planning at Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning from August 2007 to December 2007. Jeff Kingsbury has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jeff was a Managing Principal at Greenstreet Ltd. from August 2004 to December 2021. Jeff was also a Principal and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at McStain Neighborhoods from June 2000 to June 2004. In addition, they were an Affiliated Principal at UrbanGreen from January 2007 to January 2010. Most recently, they were the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Sales and Marketing at Mountain Springs LLC from June 2004 to December 2004.

Jeff Kingsbury's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in environmental design from Ball State University, a certificate in land development and construction management from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University. Jeff also has a graduate certificate in business from the Ball State University Miller College of Business and is certified as a real estate broker in the states of Indiana, Colorado, and Idaho.
