Laetitia Hélouet is a highly experienced leader and co-founder of LUCY Education since January 2024, currently serving as CEO. Hélouet holds a position as an administrator at MAIF and is a member of the executive committee of the Chaillot - Théâtre national de la Danse Foundation. Additionally, Hélouet is part of the executive board of Femmes d'Influence and serves as president of the National Observatory of City Policy at ANCTerritoires. Hélouet has been a board member at The Adecco Group and an advisory board member at TILDER since June 2021. Previously, Hélouet was the General Director of HEIP and CEDS at OMNES Education until June 2023 and served as president of Club 21e Siècle from January 2020 to January 2022, focusing on diversity and equal opportunities. Hélouet's educational background includes training in territorial administration at INET and studies at INSP and the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes.
