Stéphane Ouazan

Stéphane Ouazan currently serves as Responsable de l'unité d'appui à la réglementation, à la gestion et au contrôle and Expert réglementaire européen at ANCTerritoires since October 2015, focusing on European cohesion policy and regulatory expertise in the management and control of European funds. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Emergences, overseeing training programs and institutional relations, and as Chargé de mission senior at RACINE, providing advice and support to institutional actors on employment and vocational training projects. Stéphane Ouazan has extensive experience in project management, regulatory negotiation, and stakeholder engagement across various organizations, including Syndex and the Observatoire de l'innovation sociale. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master from Sciences Po and a DEA in Human Resources and Social Policies from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
