Laura Crossley is an impact designer and strategic creative with over two decades of cross-functional experience in design, marketing, strategy, and product. They have collaborated with notable brands and agencies such as the American Heart Association, Lucas Film, and Penguin Random House. As the founder of Glinda, they lead initiatives centered on equity and community impact. Currently, Laura also provides fractional marketing and creative support through their personal consultancy while advising & (andme.org), a universal identity platform for the AI era.
