Lauren Hine

Lauren Hine is a seasoned marketing and operations executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Marketing and Alliances at AND Digital since June 2021, Lauren also holds the role of Chief of Hub Operations, focusing on enhancing digital capabilities for ambitious companies in the UK and Europe. Previously, Lauren held the position of Chief of Operations at F6S, leading a global team and empowering founders through innovative strategies. Lauren's leadership experience extends to Techstars, where Lauren served as Senior Director of Community, overseeing global initiatives to promote grassroots entrepreneurship. Additionally, Lauren is a founder of Female Founder Fridays, an initiative aimed at highlighting women in business. With a BSc Hons in Business Management from the University of East Anglia, Lauren's career reflects a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems and empowering community engagement.
