Prag Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and consulting, currently serving as Chief of People & Process Connect and Chief of Operations & Services at AND Digital since July 2015, where leadership is provided to the 'Tenzing' business unit, offering vital operational services to support existing Clubs and build new ones. Previously, Prag held the position of Vice President at North Highland, focusing on IT transformation projects and client relationships for a global consulting firm, and served as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in IT strategy and process optimization. Prag's career began as a Business Analyst at Harrods and advanced to Project Manager at RHM. Prag holds a BA (Econ) Hons in Accounting & Finance from The University of Manchester.
