Mark Nealon

Mark Nealon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and product management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of BizOps at &Open since May 2025, Mark previously held significant roles at Intercom from January 2022 to May 2025, including Principal of Strategy & Operations and Interim Chief of Staff, where responsibilities included facilitating executive meetings and leading strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes product management roles at LetsGetChecked, contributing to the development of innovative health products, and founding myStudyPal, an educational app that achieved significant user growth. Mark holds a BSc. (Hons) in Biomedical Science from University College Dublin.
