Noam Elsberg

Noam Elsberg is currently serving as Chief of Staff at AnD Ventures and as a VC at Protego Ventures, both since March 2025. Previously, Noam held the position of Major in Air Force Intelligence with the Israeli Air Force from October 2023 to March 2025, where leadership of specialized intelligence teams and development of new methodologies for processing critical intelligence were key responsibilities. From February 2022 to February 2025, Noam worked as a Product Manager at Galooli, focusing on SaaS product strategies and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance user-centric features and drive revenue growth. Additionally, Noam has notable experience with the Israeli Air Force from August 2015 to January 2022, including roles as Chief of Staff and Executive Advisor, Project Manager Team Lead, and Data Analyst, all of which involved high-level project management and cross-organizational collaboration. Noam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration, both from Tel Aviv University.
