As a Growth Partner at AnD Ventures, involvement includes redefining value-add investing and supporting global company development. Omer's prior role as Chief Commercial Officer at Flying Cargo spanned over 15 years, where notable achievements included driving business development, operational excellence, and implementing ISO certifications. Omer holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
