Roman Agaev is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture, growth strategies, and technical assessment. Currently serving as a Growth Partner at AnD Ventures since August 2022, Roman specializes in analyzing the technical viability of innovative startups. In addition, Roman holds the position of Lead Software Architect at Nokia, where responsibilities include developing the architecture for a new analytics framework and overseeing MLOps automation. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Senior Product Architect at Amdocs, among other significant positions. Roman's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Derby and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electricity Engineering from Ariel University.
