Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Engineer and ICT Engineer at andBeyond Travel since July 2018, Monice has previously held senior roles such as Senior IT Support Engineer at FCB Africa and Senior Support Engineer at Extra Dimensions IT. Monice's career began with IT Technician positions at Touch Down Group and Umanix Technical & Support System (Pty) Ltd, following a role as ISNE Lecturer at CTI Education Group. The journey in the tech industry commenced with a position as a Sales Lady/Technical Assistant at Matrix Warehouse. Monice holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from Heriot-Watt University and a Higher National Diploma in Information Systems Engineering from CTI.
