Ronni Cavling

Ronni Cavling has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ronni currently holds the role of Data and Digital Innovation Lead at Andel since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Digital Innovation Lead at the same company from May 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Andel, Ronni worked as an Independent IT Management Consultant from February 2021 to April 2021.

Ronni's previous experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at Carlsberg Group from September 2019 to January 2021. Ronni also worked at DuPont for several years, where they held various roles such as Global Business CIO for Nutrition & Biosciences from January 2016 to August 2019, and IT ERP Program Manager and IT Program Manager for the OneDuPont (SAP Transformation) Project from September 2014 to December 2015 and August 2012 to August 2014, respectively.

Ronni also has prior experience with Danisco A/S, where they worked as the Director of Enterprise Performance Management from March 2011 to July 2012, Team Manager of System Development from February 2008 to March 2011, and as a Finance Project Manager and Controller in the earlier years. Ronni started their career as a Sales Analyst at IBM from December 2002 to January 2006 and served as a Private in the Danish Army from 1998 to 1999.

Ronni Cavling completed a MSc in Business Administration and Management Science (Cand.merc.(mat)) from Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Studentereksamen from Tårnby Gymnasium between 1995 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, Ronni also pursued single courses on Enterprise Architecture at IT-Universitetet i København in 2020. They also participated in internal leadership education programs at DuPont in 2013 and Danisco Young Manager Programme in 2009. Currently, Ronni is attending Soulworks to become a Soul Leader from 2021 to 2022.
