Azer Denjo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and English language education. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Andela, Azer bridges the gap between talent and opportunity by creating and editing professional profiles, collaborating with talents and hiring managers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. As a Co-Founder of Online Akademija, Azer manages operations, fosters stakeholder relationships, and enhances online learning experiences, while also contributing to course development and student assessment. Additionally, as an English Language Instructor at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia's Cultural Centre, Azer employs innovative teaching methods and tailored curriculum to promote student engagement. Azer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Humanities at Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.
