Hadeer Ashraf

Hadeer Ashraf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Coordinator at Andela since July 2019, Hadeer ensures a seamless client experience for Growth and Start Up accounts and strategically supports colleagues in the Client Experience organization. Previously, Hadeer held roles including Global Client Support Specialist and Senior Operations Specialist, managing operations for Andela Egypt and contributing to global engineering support. Prior to Andela, Hadeer worked at Banque du Caire from August 2015 to June 2019 as a Banker in Customer Service & Operations, providing professional service and resolving banking issues for clients. Hadeer holds a Licentiate degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Arts, completed in 2012.
