Kimberly Taylor

Kimberly Taylor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance, Sales, and Revenue at Andela since 2021, Kimberly has previous experience as VP of Finance at Linus Health and Vice President of FP&A at The RepTrak Company, where responsibilities included overseeing finance operations and leading remote teams across eight countries. Kimberly's tenure at The RepTrak Company also involved serving as interim CFO and head of HR during a critical leadership transition. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director of Finance & HR at Agency Oasis and Senior Finance Manager at Agency Oasis, focusing on growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
