Sean McCarthy

Sean McCarthy is a seasoned professional in the technology and consulting sectors with extensive experience in client management and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Global Client Partner at Andela since August 2021, McCarthy connects businesses with remote software engineers from emerging markets. Previously, at Mantissa Group LLC, McCarthy held the roles of Strategic Advisor and Senior Vice President, focusing on consulting for CIO executives. As the Principal Owner of Forte Consulting Group, LLC from 2013 to 2020, McCarthy offered IT strategic solutions and consulting services. Earlier career positions include enterprise sales roles at F3 Technology Partners and The Computer Merchant, as well as managing partnerships at AFG, LLC. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
