Lars Højsgaard

Lars Rothschild Henriksen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, consulting, and project management. As a Crucial Conversations Master Trainer at Vital Learning since October 2015, Lars has been certified to deliver various training formats, including healthcare courses. Since the official establishment of Vital Learning in Denmark in October 2017, Lars has also served as a partner and director. Holding the unique distinction of being one of only seven GTD Master Trainers globally, Lars is skilled in coaching and delivering workshops on the Getting Things Done® methodology. Prior to these roles, Lars gained significant international experience as a senior SAP HR consultant at NorthgateArinso and worked on multiple projects in various capacities, including Global Solution Architect and team member. Lars's early career includes roles such as Sun Campus Ambassador and student programmer, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to technology and education. Lars holds a Graduate Engineer degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
