Chrystal Montgomery

Chrystal Montgomery has over 20 years of work experience in the field of biosciences and healthcare. Chrystal started their career at Knapp Veterinary Hospital Inc in 2001 as a Registered Veterinary Technician. From 2000 to 2020, they held various roles at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where they managed GMP projects, coordinated toxicology studies, and worked as a research laboratory technician. In 2020, they joined Andelyn Biosciences as the GMP Product Manager before being promoted to Associate Director of Contracts in 2021.

Chrystal Montgomery holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician from Columbus State Community College, obtained in 2000. Chrystal furthered their education by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2014. In 2003, they obtained the certification of Registered Laboratory Animal Technologist from AALAS, and in 2017, they achieved the VTS-LAM certification from the Academy of Laboratory Animal Veterinary Technicians and Nurses-VTS/VNS-LAM. Additionally, they hold a certification in Veterinary Technology from the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association.
