Louis Hamon

Louis Hamon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Advising Partner at Andera Co-Invest and a Co-founder at AXL Capital Partners, both roles held since September 2021. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Essling Capital from 2016 to August 2021, where roles encompassed Co-Head and Investment Director for Direct Co-Investments, as well as a tenure as Investment Director at a single family office from 2012 to 2015. Between 2010 and 2012, Louis Hamon worked as Corporate Development Manager in M&A at SGS, and previously held various roles at Rothschild & Co and Lazard focused on large-cap M&A advisory, starting as an intern. Educational qualifications include a Grande Ecole degree in Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
