Thibault Menel joined Andera Partners in 2019 as an Associate in the Andera Croissance team.

Before joining Andera Partners, Thibault spent four years in the small cap investment team of Abenex / TCR Capital. Previously he held a position in KPMG Transaction Services department. He holds a degree from EM LYON Business School.
