Lauren Sanders, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Talent Manager at Anders CPAs + Advisors since July 2024, following a brief position as Human Resources Manager at ACME Constructors, Inc. in early 2024. Previously, Lauren held significant roles at Armanino LLP as Sr. Director of Strategic People Partners and at Brown Smith Wallace as Human Resources Director, where notable contributions included the creation and implementation of an in-house talent development program. Lauren's earlier experience encompasses various HR roles, including HR Administrative Assistant at Northwest R-I School District and HR Representative at Coin Acceptors.
