Alesia Plakhotskaya

Alesia Plakhotskaya is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of IT Sourcing at Andersen Lab since September 2021, where responsibilities include defining a talent acquisition strategy, leading a multi-site team, and implementing numerous recruitment initiatives. Previously, Alesia held the position of Lead of IT Sourcing Executive Search, managing an international team of over 15 sourcers and collaborating on market research and hiring plans. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Recruiter, focused on recruitment processes and candidate screening. Alesia's career began at VMK as a Tender Specialist.
