Artem Zolotarenko

Artem Zolotarenko is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Andersen Lab since March 2021, Artem specializes in sourcing and closing technical talent, managing hiring expectations, and building future talent pipelines. Prior to this role, Artem worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman from March 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included generating diverse candidate flows and enhancing the candidate experience. Previous positions also include roles at Point72 as a Recruiter, focusing on talent pipeline creation and brand presence, as well as Capgemini as an IT Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment and improving candidate experiences. Artem holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
