Ben Esmail

Ben Esmail serves as the Regional Technology Director at Andersen Lab, overseeing a 7-figure portfolio of technology projects across the MENA, Francophone, and Nordic regions. With a strong focus on bridging strategy, technology, and leadership, Ben advises enterprise and government leaders, effectively translating business strategies into tech-driven outcomes. As Principal Consultant at Ben Esmail Consulting Company since 2015, expertise spans project management and solution implementation, complemented by a role on the Management Board of BEN ESMAIL GROUP. Ben also contributes as a columnist for WBJ and as the founder of The B. Podcast, providing insights on management and personal development.
