Benjamin Wood

Benjamin Wood is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Andersen Lab since December 2021. In this role, Benjamin leads a team to enhance client satisfaction and retention through strategic initiatives. Previously, Benjamin worked at Cognizant as an Account Manager, focusing on client satisfaction and performance analysis, and held a position as an Account Management Specialist at Snap Inc., where management of client relationships was paramount. Benjamin began the career as a Junior Recruiter. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Upper Iowa University.
