Martin Volker

Martin Volker is a Delivery Director at Andersen, leading project execution across the DACH portfolio, with a focus on digital solutions and ongoing support. Previously, they held positions as a Project Manager at BMW Group and a Senior Project Manager at SAP, where they managed cross-functional teams and oversaw software engineering processes. Martin began their career as a Backend Engineer at HERE Technologies and later served as Head of PMO at Andersen Lab, improving project governance and delivery processes. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Business & Innovation. Outside of work, Martin enjoys endurance sports and reading non-fiction.
