Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C.

Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. has become one of the preeminent law firms in suburban Atlanta by offering unparalleled legal representation in real estate and banking, business, civil litigation, zoning and land use, government relations, estate planning matters and criminal law. In recent years, our firm's reputation has spread beyond our base in Gwinnett County, as we have expanded our practice across metro Atlanta and the Southeast. Today, ATC stands as one of the area's most respected law firms, matching the expertise and sophistication of a "Downtown Firm" with "Small Town Firm" personal attention and dedication to our clients' needs. The firm also encourages our attorneys and staff to take an active role in their community and to give back through community service, civic and charitable activities throughout the year. The firm was founded in 1988, and since that time has grown from two to more than thirty attorneys, and over seventy-five employees, making us the largest full-service law firm in Gwinnett County. Our roots in Gwinnett County reach back much further, however, as some of our attorneys have practiced here since the mid-1970's and several are life-long or long-time residents of Gwinnett. Our firm's local ties are complemented by the fact that several of our lawyers practiced with prominent Atlanta firms prior to joining ATC and have relationships stretching across the metropolitan Atlanta area and the Southeast. These local and regional relationships continue to foster the firm's growth and effectiveness. Andersen, Tate & Carr is certainly proud of our past, but more importantly, we look forward to continuing to grow and expand our practice to serve the growing needs of our clients in Gwinnett County and the metropolitan Atlanta area.
