Greg Wenstrup

Greg Wenstrup is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Andersen since June 2023. Previously, Greg worked as a Fractional COO at True North in 2023, providing business and management consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. From 1998 to 2022, Greg held various roles at Schafer Condon Carter (SCC), including Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included strategic leadership, financial management, and team oversight for a $50M line of business. Other roles at SCC included Chief Administrative Officer and Account Director, contributing to significant organizational growth and operational improvements. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Purdue University.
