James Goode

James Goode is a Managing Director at Andersen Tax, where they have worked since 2005. With over 20 years of experience at Big 4 firms as a CPA, they specialize in corporate and entity tax matters, both domestically and internationally, with a focus on private equity, M&A, and serving entrepreneurs and their families. Prior to their current role, they were a Principal at Ernst & Young from 1990 to 2002, concentrating on the Middle Market, Real Estate, and Private Equity sectors. James holds an MBA in Management and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Accounting and an MST in Taxation, both from Bryant University.
