Manny Trelles

Manny Trelles holds a robust background in tax advisory and consulting, having served as Managing Director at Andersen from January 2025 to March 2025, primarily advising on tax structural and accounting needs for the U.S. Previously, Manny was a Tax Advisory Partner and Principal of Real Estate Tax Services at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) from January 2017 to January 2025, where services were provided to clients including alternative asset funds and real estate developers. At Squar Milner, from January 2014 to December 2016, Manny was Partner-in-Charge of Real Estate Tax & Advisory Services, focusing on the tax needs of public and private REITs as well as real estate developers. Additionally, Manny worked as Chief Financial Officer at Downtown Properties in 2013, facilitating equity deployment for a U.S. Real Property Opportunistic Fund. Academic achievements include a PhD candidate in Information Systems and Technology at Claremont Graduate University, with an expected completion date in January 2027, and a Master of Science in Information Systems & Technology anticipated in May 2025.
