Won Shin

Won Shin is currently the Managing Director at Andersen, specializing in tax consulting since 2023. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2023 and held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 1998 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Won was an Assistant Deputy Mayor for the City of Philadelphia in 1994-1995 and worked as a Litigation Associate at Samuel & Ballard PC from 1995 to 1998. Won is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at SMU Dedman School of Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Arlington.
